Working in the Elfenau district – surrounded by greenery and close to the city

Varied tasks – regular shifts at reception with various administrative duties such as managing the telephone system, handling emails and room reservations, as well as diverse concierge tasks
Management of a small hotel – rental, preparation, check-in and check-out of 4 studios in our Stöckli

What distinguishes you
Professional competence – completed training as a hotel specialist EFZ
Your professional background – several years of experience in "à-la-Carte service" with cash handling
Your communication skills – very good German skills in spoken and written form and understanding of Swiss dialect
Your hospitality – actively lived warmth and openness in dealing with people of all ages
Your commitment – strong quality awareness and high service readiness in a 365-day operation
Your flexibility – willingness to work weekends and public holidays
