The Yooji's Manufacture, which belongs to Two Spice AG, offers a versatile and exquisite range of sushi, sashimi and much more. The production site of Two Spice Manufacture is located in Rümlang and employs over 90 staff. Various delicacies are pre-prepared daily and delivered several times a day to Yooji's restaurants and stores. Specially developed products for our Japanese retail brand ZENBU are also produced in the manufacture. ZENBU products such as sushi, poké, onigiri and vegan delicacies are produced for Coop and are available throughout Switzerland directly at Coop. Would you like to become part of our team? Tasks
- Production of kitchen products according to daily requirements
- Compliance with quality, hygiene and cleaning standards
- Careful work preparation
- Assistance with cleaning, tidying and maintenance work
- Identifying defects and initiating appropriate measures
- Active participation in process improvements
Requirements
- You have training or practical experience in the food industry - for example as a certified cook, food technologist, baker-confectioner, butcher or in a comparable role.
- Experience in food production is an advantage
- High awareness of quality and hygiene
- Independent, reliable and precise working style
- Team-oriented, resilient and motivated personality
- Good physical condition
- German language skills at B1 level, spoken and written
