The Adullam Foundation is a leading institution for geriatric medicine, therapy and care in Northwestern Switzerland. It operates a hospital and an affiliated care centre each in Basel and Riehen. Do you enjoy working in a structured way, assisting administratively and taking pleasure in supporting an HR team in day-to-day business?
For our HR team, we are looking for a committed temporary support from now until 31.07.2026. Due to the limited duration of the assignment, the focus of this position is primarily on administrative and commercial activities in the HR environment. If you already have some experience in recruiting or applicant management, that is a great plus. Depending on experience, you can also support selected recruitment topics.

Your Tasks
- Publication and maintenance of job advertisements on various platforms
- Support in applicant management, including A-, B-, C-preselection of applications
- Preparation of payroll calculations
- Preparation of contract documents
- Appointment coordination for interviews
- Maintenance and updating of data in HR and applicant management systems
- Support in administrative subprocesses in day-to-day HR business
- Depending on experience: participation in further tasks in the recruiting process
Your Profile
- Ongoing studies, ideally in business administration, psychology, personnel management, human resources or a comparable field
- Interest in human resources and administrative HR processes
- Very structured, reliable and conscientious way of working
- Enjoyment of organisational tasks and administrative support
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Discretion and sense of responsibility in dealing with confidential data
- Team spirit, initiative and a pragmatic hands-on mentality
- First experience in recruiting, applicant management or HR administration is an advantage but not a must
