Mission:
Professional responsibilities
- Develop and maintain your business network to improve the local presence and reputation of the branch and the company.
- Assess the conditions of the regional market and identify current and future sales opportunities.
- Be responsible for good relations/interactions with clients, partners and professions, both internal and external, for your area.
- Be responsible for promoting the products/activities of your entity, acquiring new mandates and developing the business.
- Ensure the completion of operations with adequate resources, organising work with your team, and ensuring that project follow-up is carried out appropriately (resources, finances, deadlines, quality).
- Be responsible for achieving results/objectives (financial, human, safety, etc.).
Managerial & financial responsibilities
- Supervise and support your teams by ensuring the means and skills necessary for the completion of their activities, while giving meaning to daily elements.
- Ensure responsibility for managing working time (time stamps, imputations, expenses), equipment and tools.
- Anticipate and plan resource and skill needs to enable efficient organisation, implement improvement actions (examples: processes, vehicles, stocks, coordination of temporary staff, etc.).
- Initiate and be involved in employee follow-up interviews in accordance with management rituals.
- Recruit new employees with the support of HR.
- Supervise and support the billing process, from the measurement to the resolution of disputes and claims/litigation cases.
- Establish an annual budget with the support of controlling, manage it and commit to respecting it, define business development plans.
- Ensure responsibility for the profitability of your mandates and your entity by monitoring various indicators and working towards achieving set objectives, particularly margin.
Profile:
- Federal diploma / federal Master Electrician diploma.
- Proven experience in Switzerland with solid experience in an industrial environment.
- Sense of regulatory responsibilities and transmission of requirements related to standards, notably OIBT.
- Proven knowledge of the local economic fabric.
- Ability to unite and train teams are essential assets for success in this position.
- Endowed with natural authority, strong leadership skills and great autonomy.
- Strong customer, commercial and solution orientation.
- Capable of working transversally and having a significant impact.
- Gifted for analysis, coordination and organisation, flexible and available.
- Ability to work within a skills network, particularly with managers of other teams directly impacting the entity's work (product managers, HR, etc.).
