About the job

The Zug Cantonal Hospital serves the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatients and more than 70,000 outpatients. In the interdisciplinary emergency centre, more than 27,500 people are treated annually. For our Emergency Centre, we are looking for a Emergency Care Specialist NDS HF 80 - 100% from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Professional care and support of our patients in the emergency centre including the shock room
Implementation of medical, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
Active shaping of the patient process in an interdisciplinary and interprofessional environment involving relatives and external partners
Compliance with nursing quality standards and guidelines
Co-responsibility for the supervision of students

Your Profile

Additional training as an Emergency Care Specialist NDS HF
Resilient personality who acts thoughtfully and confidently even in challenging situations
High professional and social competence
Strong understanding and motivation for interdisciplinary collaboration
