Tasks
- Independent management of the assigned real estate portfolio in the Northwest Switzerland regional team
- Representation of the Coop cooperative as property owner as well as tenant in rented properties
- Responsibility for minor renovations and repairs as well as regular maintenance
- Development of management and rental concepts in collaboration with the supervisor
- Preparation of rental contracts and amendments
- Responsibility for the acceptance and handover of rental properties
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in property management
- Completed further education as a property manager with a federal diploma or an equivalent qualification
- Routine and confidence in handling digital media
- Possession of a category B driving license
