- You independently organize the tendering of areas for leasehold to housing cooperatives
- You take responsibility for area development in the Urnerhof, Grenzhof, and Längweiher areas

- Leading external contractors comes easily to you
- Drafting project proposals and city council resolutions appeals to you
Your Profile
- You have a degree and relevant professional experience in the fields of architecture, real estate management (or in similar fields such as urban planning, geography)
- You bring a high level of social competence and are decisive
- You have a strong interest in cooperative housing
- You are reliable and enjoy working in a small team
- You are willing to learn new things and contribute your knowledge to the team
