About the job
Whether parking fines or traffic offences – the Traffic Fines Centre takes care of the swift and correct processing of traffic fines.
Your tasks
- Leading a team of 10 employees in the Traffic Fines Centre group
- Ensuring the legally compliant and timely processing of traffic fines and fine payments
- Contact person for internal and external authorities as well as for citizens on professional matters
- Independent handling of demanding specialist tasks and complex issues
- Participation in projects and active involvement in the further development of processes and organisation
- Supporting the superior in professional, organisational and strategic tasks
Your profile
- Basic or advanced commercial training, strong IT affinity and interest in legal issues
- Ideally practical police service experience, preferably with the uniformed police
- Motivated, authentic and strong leadership personality with high social competence
- Independent, solution-oriented working style as well as clear and appreciative communication
- Adequate assertiveness and openness to change
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form and preferably knowledge of French
