- Ensuring the daily financial operations
- Management of the general ledger and sub-ledgers (financial, accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting)
- Ensuring invoicing as well as dunning and debt collection
- Preparation and execution of weekly payment runs
- Management of fixed asset accounting and participation in the planning and execution of investments
- Preparation of periodic financial statements according to group guidelines, SWISS GAAP FER and OR, including reporting
- Preparation of VAT returns and tax declarations
- Preparation of key figures and analyses
- Assistance in budget preparation and medium-term planning
- Participation in projects for the digitization and optimization of financial processes
- Commercial basic training with further education in finance or fiduciary services (federal specialist certificate or in training)
- Several years of professional experience in finance & accounting
- Sound knowledge in financial statement preparation according to SWISS GAAP FER and Swiss Code of Obligations
- Proficient handling of ERP systems and very good Excel skills
- Precise, independent and reliable working style
- Team-oriented and committed personality with a strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to travel to the Halag Chemie AG location in Aadorf TG
