As a CNC specialist for turning and turn-mill machining, you take on the complete technical implementation of demanding manufacturing orders – from programming and setup to quality-assured series production. You work with modern CAD/CAM systems and automated loading and unloading solutions, ensuring that complex precision parts are manufactured efficiently and reproducibly. With your pronounced process understanding, you continuously develop existing manufacturing processes and contribute your own ideas for optimising quality, productivity, and process reliability.
Responsibilities:
Programming and setting up CNC lathes and CNC turn-mill machining centres
Creating and optimising demanding CNC programmes with Alphacam and TopSolid
Creating and adapting 3D CAD models in TopSolid as a basis for manufacturing
Defining suitable machining strategies for complex precision parts
Manufacturing high-precision turned parts in small to medium series
Ensuring stable and efficient automated production
Operating and monitoring robot and gantry loading systems
Optimising existing CNC programmes and manufacturing processes
Analysing manufacturing processes and implementing measures to increase productivity and quality
Conducting quality controls during ongoing production
Identifying and rectifying manufacturing deviations
Complete and comprehensible documentation of workflows and manufacturing data
Careful maintenance and further development of manufacturing documents
Active participation in continuous process improvement
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or production mechanic
Solid professional experience in CNC turning
Very good knowledge of CAM programming, ideally with Alphacam and TopSolid
Experience in creating and editing 3D CAD models with TopSolid
Confident understanding of CNC manufacturing and machining processes
Experience with automated manufacturing solutions and robot or gantry loading systems is an advantage
Strong technical understanding and enjoyment of precise manufacturing
Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
High reliability, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
Good user skills in MS Office and common PC systems
Strong team spirit and a positive, constructive attitude
High quality awareness and demand for clean, reproducible processes
Fluent German language skills
