The Michel Group AG includes the psychiatric institution Privatklinik Meiringen, the rehabilitation clinic Hasliberg, the Helsenberg Foundation with residential homes and sheltered workplaces as well as the Haslital laundry and the Haslital daycare center, as well as service offerings in other areas. It employs a total of around 750 employees at five different locations.
Quality management and safety are two united specialist units with a wide range of services, including consulting and professional support. As part of organizational development, we create systematic solutions, empower employees, analyze activities, and advocate for transparent communication.
Your tasks
- Support of the quality management application (IMS / Integrated Management System) on the user side, e.g. managing processes or documentation
- Analysis and controlling of activities in improvement management and CIRS (also IMS)
- Organization of and participation in quality measurements and surveys
- Participation in the development, implementation, and evaluation of web-based surveys
- Support of the QM management in administrative tasks as well as in the further development of the QMS
- Possibly other tasks in the area of safety or project management
Our expectations
- Completed training (or 3 years of professional experience) in healthcare on the provider side
- Initial professional experience in quality management is an advantage
- Very good IT user skills: Office suite, especially Excel
- Experience in operating applications related to quality and risk management or in a clinical setting
- Structured way of working with great independence
- Curious about new things, sociable, open interaction with people
- Motivated to work with legal foundations and quality standards
- Fluent, confident German, preferably as a native language
