About the job

The Facility Management department is responsible for the operational care of all properties, including school facilities. This includes the maintenance of buildings and technical systems, the upkeep of outdoor areas, cleaning, as well as all domestic and technical tasks. This ensures the safe, functional, and trouble-free operation of all facilities.

Your tasks

  • Maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, and care of properties including surroundings
  • Maintenance, cleaning, and care of machines and equipment
  • Assistance with maintenance and deep cleaning
  • Supervision and maintenance of technical systems
  • Carrying out minor repairs
  • Monitoring and control of work by external companies

Your profile

  • Completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma in building services
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally at a public school facility
  • Reliable, careful, and independent working style
  • Friendly and professional interaction with various contact groups
  • High resilience and good physical fitness
  • Driving licence category B required, category BE advantageous
  • Residence nearby (approx. 30 minutes) for reliable on-call and winter service
