Your tasks:
- Management and execution of research and service projects in the field of materials science
- Acquisition of new project partners and development of innovative project ideas
- Independent operation and further development of analysis and testing technology in the materials laboratory
- Supervision of laboratory exercises and academic support of students
Your profile:
- Completed studies in materials science or materials engineering (FH/University/ETH)
- Professional experience in an industrial or scientific environment
- Solid knowledge in microstructure and property formation, heat treatment, and soldering processes of metals
- Experience with thermodynamic simulation (e.g., Thermo-Calc) and EBSD measurements is an advantage
- Very good English skills in spoken and written form
- Enjoy working independently, combined with team spirit and a solution-oriented mindset
