Job Description
- Contribute to the overall care of the patient and her baby(ies) in collaboration with the midwife or paediatric nurse.
- Apply hygiene rules and protocols to prevent infection.
- Participate in the supervision and evaluation of trainees.
- Promote the integration of new colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with current processes.
- Adhere to institutional policy.
Qualifications
- Diploma as a nursing assistant or paediatric auxiliary nurse.
- Two years’ experience in a maternity ward required.
- Native French speaker (or excellent knowledge).
- Good knowledge of English highly appreciated.
