Your Tasks:
As a valuable support, you actively engage in daily operations and take on various tasks related to internal organization and administration:
- Receive and process inquiries from employees and collaborate on internal service projects
- Maintain and expand the intranet and MS Teams structure at the location
- Organize meetings and events (e.g., national future day) and keep the corresponding minutes
- Prepare the monthly cash closing and code invoices
- Prepare data, plans, and overviews to support internal communication
- Take on substitute tasks during personnel shortages in the Customer Care Center
Your Profile:
You are a team-oriented and flexible personality with a commercial qualification and bring the following qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in German, both spoken and written, as well as good English skills
- Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration as well as project and process management
- Reliable, structured, and service-oriented working style
- High degree of initiative, organizational talent, and motivation
