ICT Supporter
The regional unit VII is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the national roads. This also includes the overarching control system, which covers all safety-relevant installations on around 220 kilometres of motorway and 22 tunnels. 1600 video cameras, a fibre optic network, a cross-cantonal IT/OT network, around 450 Windows/Linux servers and much more are managed and monitored by the IT team.

Your tasks
- Monitoring of IT/OT systems, recording and prioritising incident tickets
- 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshooting, assisting with problem solving and service requests
- Monitoring, prioritising and coordinating open tickets while adhering to defined SLAs
- Configuration adjustments on systems according to checklists and specifications
- Support in implementing the IT/OT security concept
Your profile
- Solid knowledge of network basics, operating systems (Windows/Linux), hardware, peripherals and basic security
- Willingness to continuously engage with new products, technologies and concepts
- Team-oriented, reliable and independent working style
- Driving licence category B mandatory
