Your tasks:
You control the design and assembly of high-quality pergolas, combining technical precision with aesthetic sensitivity.
Your tasks include:
– Complete management of assembly projects, from technical preparation to commissioning.
– Conducting on-site measurements, analyzing structural constraints, and proposing optimized solutions for anchors, heights, tolerances, and architectural integration.
– Modeling and adapting execution plans in AutoCAD considering the specifics of materials (aluminum, steel, glass, composites) and mechanisms (motorization, kinematics, adjustments).
– Coordination and supervision of assembly teams with quality control, checking alignments, and fine adjustments.
– Evaluation of interfaces between buildings (insulation, sealing, loads, fastenings) and definition of suitable anchoring solutions.
– About 15% of the activity on-site: technical visits, dimensional checks, feasibility validation, and customer support.
– Only occasional interventions as needed within the framework of technical support or customer service (fine adjustments, minor corrections).
– Active participation in the continuous improvement of assembly methods and contribution to internal quality assurance.
Your profile:
– EFZ as metalworker, locksmith, precision mechanic or equivalent training.
– Federal specialist certificate as project manager or federal master diploma in metal construction: a decisive advantage.
– Excellent knowledge of assembly techniques, drive, sealing systems, and metallic materials.
– Proven mastery of reading plans, sections, and layouts as well as tools like AutoCAD (or equivalent CAD).
– Strong sense for technical diagnoses and problem-solving on the construction site.
– Strong leadership qualities, entrepreneurial and management spirit, high independence, and organizational discipline.
– Polished appearance and sociability in an upscale environment.
– Driver's license required.
