TasksIn this role, you are an important part of our dedicated team in the Würth Shop.
We are looking for a committed and responsible personality with a strong service mindset:
- Take responsibility for the Würth Shop in Arlesheim
- Advise and convince our customers through competent conversations to meet their needs and generate sales
- Ensure smooth operations by entering orders into the system and managing goods and inventory
- Implement sales-promoting measures while keeping the guidelines in mind to increase the shop's success
- Be part of our commitment to customer loyalty and satisfaction by participating in customer events and supporting inventories
Requirements
- A completed apprenticeship as a retail specialist EFZ in hardware or similar
- You are a trainer or interested in this training
- You have at least 2 years of professional sales experience
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- You are comfortable working with numbers
- Your pronounced sales mentality and willingness to always go the extra mile make you a motivated and successful sales professional
- A neat appearance and a friendly personality are part of your professionalism in customer contact
