Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst SAP S/4HANA with solid functional and techno-functional expertise in Finance & Controlling (FI/CO), Material Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD) and the SAP Fiori ecosystem.

Main responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business needs from internal stakeholders and propose solutions as close as possible to the standard SAP S/4HANA functionalities.
• Advise users on SAP S/4HANA best practices.
• Contribute to defining solutions that meet business needs while respecting SAP standards.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA evolution and transformation projects.
• Configure and customise FI (GL, AP, AR and AA), CO, MM and SD modules.
• Support integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) campaigns and contribute to release management activities.
• Ensure the quality, sustainability, scalability and maintainability of solutions, respecting product standards and business needs defined by the client.
• Keep functional and technical documentation up to date.
• Provide application support, diagnose issues and resolve functional incidents.

Qualifications

• University degree, EPFL, HEC, HEG or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst SAP S/4HANA with expertise in FI/CO, MM and SD.
• Good knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and architecture.
• Experience with Esker, SAP Concur and/or in the banking sector is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address business challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English: fluent, both written and spoken.
• French: fluent.
• Swiss residence
