Your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of operational business processes / daily business in the Swiss Life Wealth Management area
- This also includes carrying out the year-end processing as well as implementing and further developing quality assurance measures in operations, including all controls
- You actively participate in the optimisation, modelling, and documentation of processes and drive internal quality measures forward
- Supporting 1st and 2nd level support as well as close collaboration with sales, product management, portfolio management, compliance, and external banking partners are integral parts of your role
- You act as the central contact person for sales and other internal and external stakeholders on questions regarding processes, products, compliance requirements, and regulatory issues
- In addition, you train advisors on processes, systems, and products and work closely with product owners and testers within the framework of projects
Your strengths
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business and have several years of experience in operations at a Swiss bank or asset manager
- Sound professional knowledge in asset management, operations, and portfolio management as well as a good technical understanding distinguish you
- You combine a strong attention to detail and analytical thinking with a high affinity for digital tools and AI applications
- Experience in "Change the Business" and process development rounds off your professional profile
- Your communication skills are particularly strong in stakeholder management, and you impress with your pronounced team spirit
- Flexibility, resilience, and a high office presence (at least 4 days per week) are natural for you; you have native-level German, strong English skills, and ideally knowledge of Italian or French
