Do you want to pass on your expertise to the next generation? With us, you take on a central role as a trainer in education and accompany apprentices and students on their way to becoming competent nursing professionals.

For our education team, we are looking for you as of July 1, 2026, or by arrangement

• Implementation of the training concept in everyday nursing
• Professional support and promotion of apprentices and students
• Ensuring and documenting learning progress
• Conducting learning support, progress discussions, and competency assessments including exam preparation
• Preparation of educational and qualification reports
• Coaching and support of employees in training supervision
• Supervision of interns
• Close cooperation with BBV and department heads

• Completed nursing training at tertiary level (HF/FH)
• At least two years of professional experience in acute care
• Further training as a trainer (or willingness to complete this promptly)
• You take responsibility and organize your workday in a structured manner
• You are passionate about promoting young talent and approach them with empathy and commitment
