Manager Production Planning 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You take responsibility for the entire production planning and control, ensuring a smooth flow of all manufacturing processes

• You develop and optimise production schedules considering capacities, deadlines, and resources

• You coordinate the alignment between sales, purchasing, warehouse, and production

• You lead and further develop your team in production planning

• You analyse key figures and derive measures for continuous improvement

• You implement modern planning methods and digital tools

• You ensure compliance with delivery dates and quality standards

What do I need to be successful?

You have a degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification

• You bring several years of professional experience in production planning, ideally in a leadership position

• You are familiar with ERP systems and planning tools

• You have experience in staff management and team development

• You work in a structured, analytical way and keep an overview even in stressful situations

• You communicate confidently in German and ideally also in English

• You are a team player with a pronounced hands-on mentality
