We are looking for a passionate and dynamic sales director to join our team. Permanent contract available from January 2026
Your role
Reporting to the General Manager and a member of the Management Committee, you will lead the hotel's commercial strategy and support its repositioning in the Luxury segment.
You will manage a team of two collaborators (Reservations Manager and MICE Client Manager) and work closely with operational departments and headquarters teams.
Your main missions
Strategy and performance:
- Define and implement the commercial and pricing strategy.
- Analyze performance (forecasts, reports, action plans).
- Ensure revenue targets are met and offer consistency.
Sales development:
- Develop the Corporate, MICE, Leisure, and Business Group segments.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, events, and workshops.
Management:
- Supervise, train, and motivate your team.
- Set clear objectives and monitor their achievement.
- Foster team spirit and a culture of performance.
Field presence:
- Be a hands-on manager and a customer service ambassador.
- Ensure coordination and success of seminars and groups.

Proven experience in sales in upscale or luxury hospitality (min. 5 years).
Good mastery of Corporate and MICE segments.
Strong skills in commercial strategy and Revenue Management.
Excellent communication in French and English.
Positive leadership, result-oriented, and team spirit.
Passion for fieldwork and customer service.
Experience in hotel opening or reopening is a plus.

- Contract: Permanent – Executive status
- Salary: According to profile and experience + meal allowances
