At the Nokimuz Daycare , we create an environment where children from three months old can explore curiously and experience trusting relationships. Embedded in the daily structures of Schule Wald, we are present at several locations and offer loving, inspiring, and reliable care for families.

There may be the possibility to increase the workload by 20% in care.
To ensure our team continues to work with joy, humor, and educational quality, we are looking for a committed and forward-thinking person starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Your profile - we are looking for
- Certified childcare professional EFZ, specializing in children, or an equivalent recognized qualification
- Completed or ongoing "Team Leadership" training (Level 1) or equivalent qualification
- Training "Managing an Institution" (Level 2) is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and enjoyment of administrative tasks
- Openness to jointly responsible educational support
- Experience as a vocational trainer
- Finesse for quality development and process optimization
- High reliability, sense of responsibility, and strong social skills
- Enjoyment of independent work and constructive, solution-oriented collaboration
