• Filling your skills backpack with all important basic skills during your basic training year with our external provider
• Getting to know various business processes and data of our bank as well as working with advanced technologies
• Analyzing processes, developing profitable solutions, and coordinating implementation – independently or together with specialists
• Jointly driving and simplifying processes – ensuring efficiency, automation, and a digital future
• Forming an important link between business and technology
• Participating in training and internal events to further develop your personal, social, and methodological skills

• Completion of secondary school A with an average grade of 4.625 (Mathematics including Geometry, German, English)*
• Good Multicheck in Economics and Administration – Evaluation Developer in Digital Business
• You are excited about topics like computer science, technology, sales, and marketing
• You enjoy communicating, are open-minded, and have fun working with others
• You find it easy to think in networks and work concentrated
• Required application documents: Cover letter, CV, all certificates from upper secondary school, Multicheck in Economics and Administration – Evaluation Developer in Digital Business, location assessment of secondary level (Stellwerktest, Check S2 or similar)
