You will strengthen our Customer Service team with your expertise regarding the implementation of SAP and will be responsible for the following main tasks:
- Support/assistance of the SAP Key Users in all matters concerning the implementation of SAP, especially the migration from BAAN
- Independent processing and handling of customer orders in coordination with the
project managers as well as master data maintenance in SAP - Communication/exchange with the SAP team, employees in Customer Service, and other relevant departments in connection with the migration from BAAN to SAP
You bring with you:
- Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ or a comparable qualification
- Experience in processing customer orders
- Very good SAP knowledge and ideally knowledge of the ERP system BAAN
- Team player as well as very good communication skills
- Confident German and very good English skills
- Resilience, perseverance, and flexibility
