We are looking for the childhood service
A 50% socio-educational assistant within the delegation for collective actions and support (ACA)
Join a team of 7 people (social educators, project managers, childhood educators and socio-educational assistants) under the leadership of a delegate. You will participate in various collective actions ("adults-children" reception and various events), notably by proposing suitable activities and responding to the needs of families.
Your mission
- Participate in the development and animation of adults-children reception spaces
- Create a climate of trust conducive to dialogue and exchange with families
- Value and support families in their role
- Collaborate and actively engage in the various projects of the service
Job description: Socio-educational assistant - ACA Delegation (SEN)
Your profile
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as socio-educational assistant or equivalent recognised training by cantonal authorities (essential requirement)
- Available for variable hours (evenings, weekends, school holiday periods, etc.)
- Dynamic, open and able to adapt communication according to situations and people
- Interest in working with children aged 0 to 4 years and adults, and able to adapt your approach to the specific needs of each audience
- Interest in multidisciplinary projects
- Interest in issues of inclusion, social diversity and integration of multicultural families
