To strengthen and complement our team in the sales and service organisation Switzerland of METTLER TOLEDO at the business location in Greifensee, we are looking for a committed and proactive individual for the position of Dispatcher - Deployment Planning for Service Technicians 80 – 100% (all genders). In this role, you will undertake the following tasks: You are responsible for the deployment planning of service technicians in the Swiss field service and ensure optimal and economical scheduling of service orders. You plan, coordinate, and control maintenance orders and irregular orders such as faults and installations. Furthermore, you are responsible for arranging appointments with customers and coordinating schedules with internal and external parties. Receiving and processing incoming customer enquiries are also part of your duties, as is close collaboration with all interfaces in the service team (internal and field service).
