Your Challenge
- Technical operation and maintenance of parking facilities
- Execution or organization of repair and maintenance work on building technical systems and equipment
- Carrying out technical inspection rounds
- Green and surrounding area work
- Property management
- Janitorial service according to service description
- Control and compliance with safety and accident prevention regulations
- Maintaining safety and order for users and visitors of the properties
- Documentation in the CAFM system (Computer Aided Facility Management)
- On-call duty
- Workplace in the heart of Lucerne
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a building technician in the HVACSE area or maintenance specialist with technical flair or as a maintenance technician
- Strong manual skills in carrying out practical work
- Confident handling of tools and materials as well as solution-oriented approach to repairs
- Impeccable reputation
- Driver's license category B
- Resilient, flexible, and reliable personality
