While the Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private home care services throughout Switzerland.For the Senevita Hubpünt in Seengen we are looking for a Head of Administration & HR 80 - 100% to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks
- Management of the Administration and Human Resources department
- Organisation and optimisation of administrative processes within the company
- Responsible for personnel development, recruiting and onboarding
- You are the business card of our house and the first point of contact externally
- At reception, you provide information to residents and assist guests or visitors
- You record various services for the monthly billing
- You manage debtors / creditors / reminders
- You support the team with apartment viewings and contract preparations
Your Profile
- Training as a commercial clerk with additional training as an HR assistant or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in the long-term care sector and experience in a leadership position
- You always wear a smile and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
- You enjoy working with and caring for elderly people
- You think in a networked way and can understand processes
- High commitment, teamwork and resilience characterise you
- You are used to working independently and carefully
