IT Trainee
Technical Office | 50-100 % | Chur
The Technical Office is responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance and operation of the cantonal roads, as well as for hydraulic structures and slow mobility in Graubünden. In addition, we take care of the operational maintenance of the national roads within the canton. The cantonal road infrastructure includes over 1450 structures, including bridges up to 90 metres high and tunnels up to 3 kilometres long. The challenges that the nature of our mountain canton conceals in summer and winter make our work demanding and varied. As a certified office with the Friendly Work Space label, the health and satisfaction of our approximately 480 employees are particularly important to us. For the IT section, we are looking for immediately or by agreement a trainee. The trainee position is limited to one year.
- Supports our IT support, in particular:
o providing 2nd level support to power users of the
seven districts and the technical section,
o monitoring open tickets and pending issues,
- Prepares and publishes documentation related to solutions (FAQ, documentation) for power users and users
- Ensures compliance with overarching safety and quality regulations.
- Strong aptitude for IT in performing tasks, combined with a high willingness to commit. Basic professional training in the IT sector is desirable
