About the job
We are a modern nursing facility that values not only high-quality care but also the continuous development and training of apprentices and students. We have a new training ward specifically designed to elevate the practical and theoretical teaching material for aspiring nursing professionals to a new level. For this forward-looking project, we are seeking motivated vocational trainers who wish to actively participate in the design and implementation of this exciting endeavour. To complement our team, we are looking for a motivated individual to start as soon as possible:
Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF 80% with Additional Role as Vocational Trainer on our Training Ward
Main Responsibilities
- Assuming daily responsibility
- Individually tailored holistic care and support of residents
- Resident-oriented support in daily activities
- Accurate maintenance of resident documentation
- Maintaining contact with relatives and key persons of the residents
- Primary nursing care
- Supervision of AGS EBA, FaGe EFZ apprentices, as well as nursing HF students
Additional Tasks
- Introduction and training of the apprentice according to the induction programme and checklists
- Responsible for conducting learning days
- Identifying, planning, and implementing learning situations
- Monitoring and documenting work and learning situations
- Implementation of internal training company guidelines
- Participation in the design and continuous development of the training ward
- Close collaboration with the training team to optimally combine the requirements of practical training
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF
- SVEB 1 certificate as a practical trainer or motivation to obtain it
- Very good German skills, spoken and written (level C1)
- Committed and flexible
- Willingness to cover all shifts (except night shifts)
- Organisational and communication skills
- Team player, reliable and empathetic
- Interest in shaping and further developing the training ward project
