Caseworker: Unemployment Fund 80–100%
Your responsibilities
Together with a dynamic team, you ensure a smooth process and thus ensure the qualitative, quantitative, and customer-oriented processing of the files.
- You review and process incoming applications for unemployment benefits and calculate the unemployment compensation.
- You guarantee a prompt payment of insured benefits.
- You draft and issue fund decisions.
- You provide competent and personal advice to our clients at the counter and over the phone.
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial training (with E-profile) or equivalent training with several years of professional experience.
- Experience in demanding case processing, preferably in the private or social insurance sector.
- Independent, resilient, and decisive personality with a structured working style.
- In addition to fluent German in spoken and written form, knowledge of foreign languages is desirable.
