Who are we?
The CPI (Interprofessional Training Centre), based in Fribourg since 1986, is a public adult continuing education centre. We offer more than 250 courses, prepare candidates for federal certificates and diplomas, and also manage training schemes commissioned by the public employment service and the AI Office of the canton. For our free trading training scheme (an EPCO commercial practice company) which trains job seekers in accounting, human resources, commerce and marketing-communication, we are looking for a scheme manager. Free trading is a labour market measure (LMMT), subject to the directives of the Public Employment Service and Helvartis.

- Design and develop teaching and educational tools for all areas, for group and individual support
- Train and support participants in the various EPCO fields (accounting, human resources, purchasing, sales, marketing) and validate their achievements
- Ensure individual follow-up and job coaching: interviews, progress evaluation, job search support and administrative management (LMMT certificates, absences)
Desired profile
