At four locations in Switzerland, we treat and recover hazardous waste to prevent its dilution or release into the environment.

Job Description

• You are the face of our company and act as the central contact person for our customers in your sales area
• You independently manage and monitor your assigned market area and develop it strategically
• With your convincing advisory skills, you acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships. You act as the technical interface to our sites
• You independently develop service concepts, prepare price calculations and offers in close cooperation with the internal sales team and/or the sites
• You create meaningful reports and evaluations for your sales area and diligently maintain our CRM system.

Qualifications

• Commercial and/or chemical-technical training or degree
• Several years of proven experience in a comparable position in the industrial or chemical sector in the field of special waste disposal (at least 3 years)
• Passionate salesperson, motivated by excellent customer service and successful new customer acquisition
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to quickly build trust
• Experience in preparing offers and the ability to always keep financial goals in mind, even in difficult negotiation situations
• Service- and solution-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality, ready to support our customers optimally with their disposal needs
• Willingness to travel within the Northwest Switzerland region
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and English, French is an advantage
