Your Field of Activity

Directing and monitoring train traffic on our entire Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn network from Zermatt to Disentis
Ensuring the transport chain of our customers in case of disruptions or incidents and initiating necessary immediate measures
Ensuring customer information with modern tools
Updating vehicle rotations in RailOpt for operational purposes

Your Profile

Completed at least a 3-year EFZ training or Matura and willingness to be trained for the role of train dispatcher
Strong resilience and flexibility to remain calm and maintain overview even in hectic situations
Irregular working hours and weekend shifts are seen as an opportunity for flexible leisure time
