What you can achieve with us
- You lead a team both in terms of personnel and expertise.
- Together with your team, you ensure effective and high-quality job placement for our clients.
- You ensure that suitable positions are actively sought, acquired and managed, and that appropriate clients are sustainably placed in the primary labour market.
- You build contacts with employers and other relevant stakeholders, maintain these long-term and represent the job placement externally.
- You develop processes and working methods of job placement further and ensure appropriate use of the digital tool.
- You work closely with our customer service and other internal departments.
- You organise placement meetings and professional exchanges and support your employees even in demanding placement situations.
- If necessary, you occasionally work operationally in job placement yourself.
Which skills are important to us
- You preferably bring leadership experience and lead employees clearly, appreciatively and development-oriented.
- You have experience in job placement or vocational integration.
- You know the labour market in the Canton of Bern very well and have a good network with employers or can quickly build one.
- You enjoy actively approaching companies and convince with your acquisition, communication and negotiation skills.
- You enjoy helping to shape and further develop a new team and new working methods.
- You work in a structured, solution- and result-oriented manner and can keep an overview even with different requirements.
- You like networking people and organisations and work reliably with different internal and external partners.
- A higher vocational or tertiary education is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of French or the willingness to acquire it is a prerequisite.

- Working hours
Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as remotely, paid breaks
- Holidays
At least 25 days of holiday per year, 28 days from the age of 45 and 33 days from the age of 55. Possibility of unpaid leave

Cantonal salary system, gender-neutral and comprehensible salary policy. Full salary during parental leave, military, civil protection and civilian service
