Role:
In this role, you take on the technical support and continuous further development of existing products throughout their entire lifecycle. You analyse technical challenges, coordinate change projects, and develop sustainable optimisation solutions together with internal and external partners. You ensure that products are continuously improved in terms of quality, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Technical support, further development, and optimisation of existing series products
Planning, coordination, and implementation of product adjustments as well as technical changes
Analysis of quality deviations, complaints, and technical issues including root cause analysis and sustainable solution development
Management and control of optimisation, change, and product maintenance projects
Coordination and collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to successfully implement technical adjustments
Maintenance and management of product-relevant data as well as ensuring consistent technical documentation
Identification of improvement and standardisation potentials along the entire product lifecycle
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training, ideally as a designer or in a comparable field, supplemented by a further education at HF level
Professional experience in design, product development, product maintenance, or technical change management
Confident handling of CAD, PDM, PLM, and ERP systems
Analytical thinking as well as a structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
Enjoyment in the sustainable optimisation of technical products and processes
Good English skills
Fluent German skills
