You can do this with us
- Serving our walk-in customers and answering phone inquiries
- Processing mail together with our KV trainee, ordering office supplies
- Administrative processing of entries, transitions, extensions, and exits
- Assisting in the approval process, handling round birthdays and anniversaries
- Working on topics such as absences, checking medical certificates, and maintaining the time management tool
- File management (electronic personnel file) in SAP HCM and other SAP mutations
- General administrative tasks that arise in our team as well as ad hoc tasks
