About the job
We are an innovative primary school in the west of the city of St.Gallen with around 316 children. As of August 1, 2026, we are looking for a motivated and committed teacher for the 5th/6th grade level due to high student numbers and the corresponding opening of another class. The workload is 90% (24 lessons). The position is permanent.
The position is suitable for you if
- you have completed training as a primary school teacher
- you enjoy working in a double class system
- you like being active in a varied school day
- you appreciate collaboration with all participants within the school day
- you have training in the area of DAF/DAZ (German as a Foreign/Second Language) or aim to further your education in this area
