Maintenance Specialist (m/f/i) 80%

• Maintenance, upkeep, and ensuring the functionality of the building infrastructure, technical equipment and devices, as well as furniture
• Care and maintenance of garden and outdoor areas
• Cleaning and waste management according to internal guidelines
• Conducting inspection rounds and troubleshooting in the areas of building technology (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical)
• Documentation and processing of reports and orders via the building management software
• Co-responsibility for the locking system and key management
• Support in checking, coordinating, and supervising orders to external service providers
• Execution of internal orders for employees and residents
• Assistance in organizing and carrying out moves as well as apartment handovers
• Collaboration with internal and external specialist and support departments
• Taking on on-call duties at night and on weekends (requirement: own car for flexible travel)

• Completed training as a Maintenance Specialist EFZ, Operations Practitioner EBA, or equivalent or higher education (e.g., caretaker, electrician, sanitary installer)
• At least two years of professional experience, ideally in a comparable environment (e.g., real estate, retirement centers, residential complexes)
• Enjoyment in contact with elderly residents and tenants
• Open, flexible, and resilient personality with high social competence, reliability, and a careful as well as precise working style
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good PC user skills (e.g., MS Office, building management software)
• Driver's license category B
