About the job
The Education Center for Technology is looking for a caretaker from July 1, 2026 or by arrangement
Main activities
- Maintenance, upkeep, and minor repairs of buildings and technical equipment
- Obtaining, comparing, coordinating, and supervising offers and maintenance work
- Care of outdoor facilities (lawn mowing, winter service, cleanliness)
- Handling administrative and simple office tasks
- Management of our vehicle fleet (appointment organization, maintenance, tire changes)
- Carrying out small errands and messenger services, on-call duty
Requirements
- Completed craft/technical vocational training
- Further training as a caretaker or willingness to undergo further training
- Several years of professional experience, preferably already experience in building service
- Used to working independently
- Strong service and team orientation, helpful personality
- Responsible and reliable, flexible and resilient
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness for short assignments in the evening and on weekends
- Resident in or around Frauenfeld
- Driving license category B
