Job Description
- Ensure personalized and high-quality reception for our patients, visitors, and doctors.
- Ensure proper care of patients before and during their stay.
- Accompany patients during their room installation.
- Manage telephone calls and ensure administrative follow-up of files.
- Be proactive within the reception team to optimize procedures.

Qualifications
- Internship within the framework of a hospitality school curriculum
- Experience in a similar role (hotel and/or hospital) desired
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English (German and/or other languages a plus)
- Proficiency in computer tools, Opale is a plus
- Excellent presentation
- Sense of responsibility, organization, communication, and stress management
- Versatility, autonomy, and flexibility
- Ability to work in a team
