What is my role?

• Independent mandate management with comprehensive responsibility

• Professional leadership and support of employees in your mandates

• Independent execution and control of financial accounting for various clients

• Responsible preparation of annual and interim financial statements as well as VAT returns and handling of other fiduciary services

• Independent management and supervision of payroll accounting including social security calculations

• Active participation through initiative and contribution of innovative ideas

• Involvement in the digital development and transformation of the company

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training as a trustee with a federal professional certificate or you are currently undergoing this training

• Many years of practical experience in the fiduciary sector

• Solid expertise in accounting, taxation and payroll administration

• Independent, systematic and solution-focused approach

• Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills

• Confident handling of MS Office applications

• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written; additional foreign languages are a plus

• You enjoy working in direct customer contact and appreciate personal exchange

• You are interested in continuous professional and personal development
