You will
- be the competent contact person for our private customers and advise them comprehensively in the areas of financing, investing and pension provision
- build up and expand your own customer portfolio (customers from the municipalities of Bümpliz, Riedbach, Säriswil, Wohlen b. Bern etc.) and actively maintain your network of relationships
- use our products and services according to customer needs
- identify cross- and upselling potentials and refer customers to the appropriate specialist for specific concerns
- have the opportunity to learn the advisory services for the customer segments "Self-employed" and "SMEs" in an internal junior programme
- gradually develop towards advising private and business customers
You bring
- a banking education as well as bank-specific further training
- professional experience in the banking sector in the areas of financing, investing and pension provision
- strong communication skills, goal- and service-orientation
- enjoyment of daily customer contact as well as the ability to quickly recognise needs and expectations
- ideally an existing network of relationships and a strong regional anchoring
