What you can achieve:
- Support and advice for alarm, intervention, and on-call customers
- Sales and consulting mandates on behalf of Certas AG (Swiss alarm receiving center)
- Active customer care as well as support in acquiring new customers
- Sales and sales tasks in internal sales
- Maintenance of master data as well as general administrative tasks
- Creation and optimization of on-call and intervention dossiers
- Close cooperation with the operations center and sales department
What you bring:
- Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork
- Sales experience is an advantage or passion for sales
- Technical understanding and very good PC skills
- Quick comprehension, networked thinking, and independent working style
- Neat appearance and good manners
- Completed vocational training (commercial, sales) or equivalent education
- Native German or French speaker with good knowledge of the other language; English and/or Italian skills are an advantage
- Category B driving license
