Medtrum was founded in 2008 with the stated goal of developing revolutionary products that simplify diabetes treatment management and offer patients a high level of safety.

In order to strengthen our presence in Switzerland (German-speaking region), we are currently looking for several (m/f/d)

REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS (German-speaking Switzerland) DIABETES CARE

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for sales, development, and expansion in the managed area
• Regular visits to practices and clinics specializing in diabetology
• Presentation of products to specialized staff and patients
• Ensuring the installation of equipment and support for patients.
• Certification and training in the use of insulin pumps
• Conducting technical discussions with key opinion leaders.
• Implementing targeted marketing measures
• Participating in trade shows and specialized events
• Organizing regional training courses/seminars and presenting at conferences

Profile

Successful vocational training, studies in natural sciences or training in a medical or medical-technical profession.

Fluent in German and French. (English would be an asset).

Sales experience and business acumen, ideally several years of professional experience in the sale of insulin pumps and/or CGM (continuous glucose monitoring) or in the field of medical technology.

Responsible for the distribution of services and products for a specific region – clear service orientation

Initiative, determination, commercial talent, good communication skills, decision-making ability, strong team spirit, empathy, and excellent social skills.
