With a team of 35 dedicated professionals, SPITEX-Dienste RUTU offers professional care, support, and assistance to the residents of the municipalities of Hilterfingen/Hünibach, Oberhofen, and Heiligenschwendi. As a public, regionally anchored organisation, we provide high-quality services and continuously develop our offerings.
As part of a succession arrangement, we are seeking a committed, strong leadership personality as
Managing Director (80-100%)
Your main responsibilities:
- Overall operational responsibility after the induction phase
- Quality assurance in all service areas
- Financial management and process optimisation
- Organisational development in collaboration with the board
- Establishment of sustainable leadership structures
- Promotion and development of your employees
Your profile:
- You are a leadership personality with qualified achievements in
management and appropriate training or further education, ideally at
university or university of applied sciences level. - You have leadership experience, ideally in the health, social, or
service-oriented environment. - You bring solid experience in financial planning, administration, and IT. You
are confident in digital work processes and familiar with specialised applications
in Spitex or healthcare. - Experience in organisational development, change processes, or change
management is an advantage. - You think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented, and communicate clearly
and reliably.
