Your Role with Impact

• Professional and social leadership, support, and promotion of your team
• Reflection on team processes and initiation of appropriate measures
• Planning and support of the introduction of new employees
• Recognizing and promoting employee potential including practical transfer
• Participation in goal setting and further development of the department
• Shift and vacation planning as well as coordination during staff shortages with Polypoint
• Conducting employee interviews and annual evaluations
• Delegation and support of daily responsibility
• Ensuring high nursing and care quality in the department
• Responsibility for RAI and nursing documentation
• Co-design of quality management, hygiene, and efficient workflows
• Organization of resources (medications, consumables, aids)
• Close cooperation with the nursing & care management as well as interdisciplinary areas

What You Bring

• Diploma in nursing
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a leader with solid expertise in long-term care
• Solid RAI knowledge
• Very good German skills
