Head of Logistics E-Shop

Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring a smooth process in picking, packing and shipping, and you plan warehouse capacities as well as personnel proactively, including for seasonal fluctuations
As a motivating leader, you recruit, train and develop your team and represent other managers during absences
The achievement of defined KPIs (productivity, quality, punctuality, costs) is in your hands, as is the strict compliance with all work, safety and legal requirements
Besides managing your cost centres and budget control, you actively drive the operational implementation of projects for continuous process and cost optimisation
According to SLA, you ensure the functionality of order and delivery schedules and coordinate smooth collaboration with internal interfaces, service providers and transport partners
Additionally, you support management in logistics strategies, setup technology and internal control systems, accompany inventories and keep work instructions and process documentation always up to date

Completed vocational training in logistics, supplemented by further education (higher vocational diploma/professional certificate or equivalent)
Several years of leadership experience in operational logistics with solid practice in picking, packing, shipping and deployment planning
Proficient use of WMS, ERP and MS Office applications as well as proven experience in KPI management and process optimisation
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills combined with an independent and entrepreneurial mindset
High resilience, flexibility and a consistent solution- and customer-oriented working style
